Returns
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your order. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To start a return, use our Return Portal. Return shipping is free for orders placed in Denmark — for all other regions, the cost varies by location and will be deducted from your refund.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above 1.500 DKK / 500 USD / 350 EUR / 250 GDP / 3.000 NOK. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when meeting the order min. Please notice that the order minimums do not include reduced goods (e.g. Sale).
Claims
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that all items bought on norseprojects.com have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. You must make your complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after discovering a defect, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
Please start by sending us an email at support@norseprojects.com with as many details as possible about the defect. Remember to include your order number and a few pictures of the faulty item.
We will try to resolve any issue with a faulty item and process your claim as quickly as possible.
If your claim is approved, it means that you may either have the right to get the item repaired or replaced. In some cases, we will refund the money or make a reduction in the original price, all depending on the specific situation.
