Finance and Adminstration Assistant

FULL-TIME — ON-SITE — COPENHAGEN

Norse Projects is a Copenhagen-based menswear company built around material integrity, Scandinavian design, and long-term thinking. We are looking for a precise, commercially minded generalist to join our finance and operations team - someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, an ERP system, and a conversation with a wholesale partner.

This is a broad, hands-on position at the intersection of wholesale administration, accounts receivable, and financial operations. You will sit at the center of our B2B business managing the arder book, overseeing debtor finances, and coordinating warehouse scheduling, while also contributing to the wider finance and admin function.

It suits someone who takes ownership quietly and finds satisfaction in keeping things accurate, on time, and well organized. Naturally, you will not be limited in your tasks, and there is room to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Wholesale administration & debtor management

Book all outbound shipments for wholesale partners. Oversee the full wholesale administration process including accurate
billing, timely collections, and strong visibility across the accounts receivable.

Order book & client credit oversight

Maintain and track the wholesale arder book. Manage client credit limits and payment terms in close collaboration with the sales team to support commercial growth while keeping financial risk in check.

Master data management

Create and maintain master data within our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), ensuring consistency. and accuracy across the business.

Warehouse inbound & outbound scheduling

Coordinate with the warehouse team to plan capacity across wholesale seasons. Keep inbound and outbound flows visible and aligned so the wider company can plan with confidence.

Broader finance & administration support

Pitch in across finance and administration as needed. We are a small team where flexibility and collaborative instincts matter as much as technical skill.

YOUR PROFILE

— Experience in accounts receivable, wholesale administration, accounting, financial controlling or a similar finance operations role.

— Comfortable working in an ERP system - experience with Microsoft Business Central is a strong advantage.

— Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a natural instinct for keeping things accurate.

— Confident communicating with wholesale partners in English (Danish a plus).

— At ease in a small company where priorities shift and no task is beneath you.

— Background in fashion, lifestyle, or a produet-driven business is appreciated, not required.

WHAT WE OFFER

— A small and tight-knit team in central Copenhagen with a flat structure and direet access to decision-makers.

— Real ownership from day ane - you will define and run your own processes, not assist someone else's.

— Room to grow - the scope of this role can expand for the right person.

— Trusted autonomy - you will be trusted to manage your own work.

— Generous staff discounts.
